Navigating the world of insurance can seem overwhelming at times, but not to worry. Here are a few tools and resources to help.

Health Now Administrative Services (HNAS) HNAS is ALC’s medical and dental administrator. Their Service Representatives are available Monday - Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT to answer questions you or your health care provider may have about your benefits. By clicking on the above link, you can do the following: • View your medical and dental claims • Download temporary medical, prescription drug, and dental I.D. cards • Request lost or additional I.D. cards • Download medical and dental reimbursement claim forms • Find an in-network health care provider • Read a variety of wellness articles • Sign-up for wellness webinars ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Did you know ADP WFN is more than Payroll? It is a human resource information system. Data in WFN is transmitted to service providers such as HNAS and the American Funds. It is important that your information in WFN is accurate. Here are a few things related to benefits that you can do: • View your current benefits • Print benefit statements • Add or change your dependents • Add or change beneficiaries for your life insurance • Update your address ALC Intranet The intranet is your “go to” place for information about ALC’s benefits. By clicking on the above link, you can do the following: • Review general and more detailed information about covered expenses, co-pays, and co-insurance • Find telephone numbers and website links to service providers • Download summaries and detailed plan descriptions Human Resources Having trouble understanding your benefits?
